## About the role
We're hiring a Partnership Marketing Manager, Creators & Culture to help expand Predict's presence through creator partnerships, internet culture campaigns, and community-driven growth initiatives.
This is a high-impact marketing role for someone who deeply understands creator ecosystems, online communities, viral internet culture, and modern digital storytelling.
You'll work closely with the founding team to build strategic creator collaborations, launch culturally relevant campaigns, and grow Predict's visibility across social platforms and online communities.
We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving internet environments, understands what captures attention online, and knows how to turn creators and communities into scalable growth engines.
## What you'll do
- Build and manage partnerships with creators, influencers, streamers, meme pages, and online communities - Develop creator-led campaigns across platforms like X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, and Discord - Identify emerging internet trends, viral moments, and cultural narratives relevant to Predict - Collaborate with creators to produce engaging, high-performing content and campaigns - Launch community-driven activations, referral programs, and viral marketing initiatives - Manage partnership negotiations, onboarding, and long-term creator relationships - Track campaign performance, creator engagement, and community growth metrics - Work closely with design, content, and growth teams to execute creative marketing strategies - Explore unconventional marketing opportunities that drive awareness and user growth
## What we're looking for
- Strong experience in partnership marketing, influencer marketing, or creator ecosystem management - Deep understanding of internet culture, meme ecosystems, creator communities, and social trends - Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills - Experience managing creator campaigns across platforms like TikTok, X, Instagram, YouTube, or Discord - Ability to identify viral opportunities and execute campaigns quickly - Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership - Creative mindset with strong understanding of audience engagement and online behavior - Passion for crypto, fintech, internet culture, prediction markets, or consumer internet products is a strong plus - Bonus: experience working with Web3 creators, crypto communities, or viral consumer apps
