## About the role
We're hiring a Performance Marketer (Korean Market) to help scale Predict across Korean-speaking audiences and online communities.
This is a high-impact growth role for someone who understands Korean internet culture, digital trends, crypto-native communities, and performance-driven user acquisition strategies.
You'll work closely with the founding team to grow Predict's presence in the Korean market through localized campaigns, community-driven growth, and high-performing marketing strategies.
We're looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with strong creative instincts and knows how to build internet-native brands in competitive markets.
## What you'll do
- Launch and optimize marketing campaigns targeting Korean-speaking users - Drive user acquisition and retention across paid and organic growth channels - Create and test localized creatives, messaging, landing pages, and campaign strategies - Manage growth efforts across platforms like X, Telegram, Discord, YouTube, KakaoTalk communities, and crypto-native channels - Analyze campaign performance, conversion funnels, and user behavior to improve ROI - Collaborate with designers, creators, and product teams to build high-performing marketing assets - Identify local trends, internet narratives, and viral growth opportunities within the Korean market - Build partnerships with creators, influencers, traders, and online communities - Help onboard users into prediction markets and crypto-native products
## What we're looking for
- Strong experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or paid acquisition - Deep understanding of Korean internet culture, online communities, and digital trends - Experience running campaigns on major advertising and social platforms - Ability to localize messaging and growth strategies effectively for Korean audiences - Analytical mindset with strong understanding of marketing metrics and optimization - Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership - Strong communication and creative problem-solving skills - Passion for crypto, fintech, prediction markets, trading products, or internet-native platforms - Bonus: experience working with Web3 products, crypto communities, or consumer internet apps in the Korean market
